Who We Are
Our family has owned and operated a beef cattle farm in Gold Hill, AL, for more than 40 years. Our parents, Bob and Karen Carson, loved farm life and desired their children to acquire the same love and strong work ethic synonymous with caring for the land and animals. They succeeded and now we are raising our own children to follow in the family tradition.
What We Do
Our focus has always been on the well-being of our animals. We take great pride in providing them with the best care possible. Our efforts to raise quality, healthy cattle mean nutritious beef for our family and yours.

Our Practices
Our cattle stay on grass all their lives. They are fed all-natural grains and minerals and are kept on vaccine and health protocols. We have two veterinarians in our family, as well as a close association with the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. We check the cattle daily to make sure everyone is healthy, and we utilize a third-party auditor to make sure the cattle are all-natural and GAP certified.
